A badly burnt body is found in Kam Tin and the victim is an active gang member called KAM TAI-PANG. LAI and PAK-CHU try to gather more background information about PANG from the Anti-triad Unit, from which they learn that PANG used to be very close with a hairdresser named KONG YIU-CHO. Based on the data of PANG’s Octopus smart card and credit card, the police have worked out the approximate time of the murder. CHO was watching a football match at a pub when PANG was reportedly killed, which serves as a very strong alibi for the guy. HEI gets bullied by his classmate……
