As the plants struggle to defend themselves, a mysterious new arrival, Spiny the cactus, offers a solution. While most of the plants are charmed by Spiny's resilience and independent water supply, Carrod remains skeptical, fearing the newcomer will divert resources. But when Baby Carrot is in danger, Spiny proves that sometimes, a little toughness goes a long way.
