In Dongav Budruk village, a heated election takes place between the current Sarpanch, Dadarav Bhusale, and his challenger, Anna Divakar. To gain public support, Dadarav organizes a cultural festival. However, Anna plots to disrupt the event. Dadarav's wife, Avli, whom he often underestimates, plays a pivotal role. She anticipates Anna's moves and works to protect the festival from sabotage.
