However, when the client offers to pay them double for the counsel fee, CHEUNG KEUNG instantly claims that he is able to handle this. SIU-WAH discloses that the lawyer who represents Daylight News turns out to be FONG NING. Having heard this, CHEUNG KEUNG appears to be reluctant……
