This time he sets out to find the perfect house-swap for widower Ken Eason and his partner Maggie Searle, who want to swap Ken's clifftop house in East Sussex for a new property and a new beginning. After moving to the New Forest a year ago, Sacha and Claire Vincent are missing their friends and family and want to return to their roots in East Sussex. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
