After the Yellow River bursts its bank resulting in countless casualties, the Emperor dispatches a court official, Judge SHEK, who is a man of integrity, to handle the issue. CHUEN-KUNG bids a farewell to Judge SHEK, during which they come across the Reverend Celestine, who tries to convince Judge SHEK not to travel far. As expected, Judge SHEK was struck by lightening and passed away in the middle of his journey. Bringing along his sister WAN-LING to the temple fair, CHUEN-KUNG and WAN-LING enjoy the performance staged by the street performer Master TO.
