In a certain dilapidated fishing town, Hibari, born and raised, works as a banquet companion. Of course, the customers' main interest is the special service provided after the banquet. Hibari is skilled at entertaining customers and has many regular patrons. Hibari maintains a cheerful demeanor, but her older brother, Akira, a fisherman, has been missing ever since he went out to sea in a storm.
